Program: Lemons turning into shrub

Space to play or pause, M to mute, left and right arrows to seek, up and down arrows for volume.

When life gives you lemons, and many Tassie backyards have them, you could turn them into shrub !

It's a fermented fruit beverage using apple cider vinegar as a base.

And a start-up from Lilydale have made their own from donated lemons and 3 tonnes of apples from Tamar Valley orchards.

Antoine Devin and Lily Isaksen  from Second Press chatted to Laurissa Smith about their backyard lemon shrub, and collaboration with Fermentas at Legana
