US President Donald Trump has used his national address to claim America is winning in the war with Iran and maintained the conflict has more weeks to run.

In the 19-minute speech, he also blamed the high oil price across the world on 'deranged' attacks by Iran.

And he said the US will hit Iran hard over the next two to three weeks.
