There are hopes the bitter trade war between the United States and China could be over, with Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping meeting face to face to negotiate a deal. Before the highly anticipated meeting, President Trump described President Xi Jinping as a tough negotiator and President Xi said it was important to steady the ship. President Trump has also announced he's ordering the United States to resume nuclear weapons testing.
