Foo Cheong Lin

Foo Cheong Lin is a passionate music instructor with a rich background in various musical disciplines. He has honed his skills in playing the saxophone, electronic organ, violin, and viola. Foo has 30 years of experience teaching and coaching school bands in Perak, Malaysia. He serves as a band instructor at Westlake International School and more. He is also a string orchestra tutor at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).

Furthermore, he performs as a guest musician with community orchestras and symphonic bands in Penang, Ipoh, and Kuala Lumpur, where he shares his extensive knowledge of music pedagogy. He has also performed in Thailand, Taiwan and other places. He is also a co-founder of the Kinta Valley Wind Orchestra and current president of the Kinta Valley String Orchestra.
