Police say the death of a man whose body was found in parkland in Melbourne's east on Tuesday afternoon is not being treated as suspicious.
The man appeared to have suffered burns and his body was found by a passer-by near Chaim Court in Donvale about 4:20pm.
Police earlier said the circumstances around his death were yet to be investigated.
However after a post-mortem on Wednesday, the case is no longer being treated as suspicious.
Police have asked anyone who may have seen the man in the area or knows his identity to contact CrimeStoppers. (ABC News)
Victoria Police said the man had yet to be identified.
The man was of no fixed address and appeared to have been sleeping rough in the area, police said.
