First joeys born in unique wild koala breeding program on NSW mid-north coast

In short: 

Six joeys have been born in Australia's first wild koala breeding program.

The program has achieved a 100 per cent success rate.

What's next?

Researchers will look at the best areas to translocate the joeys to so they can join a suitable wild population.
